Professional Responsibilities
I am the Associate Dean of the James E. Walker Library at Middle Tennessee State University. I oversee library assessment, maintain library policy, and promote library professional development.

Research
I am actively building a research agenda in leadership and organizational culture in academic libraries. I have published articles in leading journals, published book chapters with prominent publishers, and presented at top national, regional, and state conferences. Currently I am focusing on transformational leaders ability to facilitate change in academic libraries.
