A terrific article about one of the hottest chefs in the world, a Buddhist nun. Just another example of how good cooking – good anything really – does not need to be filled with rare ingredients and over-the-top methods of preparation. All one needs to cook well is love and mindful devotion. I especially liked this quote, “Before long she realized that she was destined to spread the dharma by ‘’communicating with sentient beings through the medium of food,’’ she says.” Isn’t this what we all want to do? To communicate to another human being through our passion and love? Read the article here.
