I took out an SDD programming subscription but found that this did not work - although I did then have access to some documentation on Topix to which I had not subscribed. Sending s to to the address given an the Topix invoice and to the address suggested by the response from customer relations has not produced anything.
I am posting here in the hope that someone can tell me a way to contact the Topix people when there is a problem with a subscription. Standard ISD charges apply. I actually phoned JLR in Coventry on the customer help line and they told me the and s. I spoke to the technical help on the and he sent me an Excel form to fill in with the details of the problem.
Maybe there is someone in the UK who administers the Topix system??

Re: Topix contact information Quote Post by DaiB » Sun Aug 04, pm Probably worth saying that although I registered on Topix a year ago and had access to the basic info, I no longer have any access and a new registration has the same problem. Posts from members saying 'go to Topix' to check stuff out are no longer valid unless you are a dealer etc.
